Bryan is one of the original founders of 2AO. He works in international development, providing training for US foreign policy missions. He also works on Capital Hill advocating for protection of the Second Amendment. Bryan's passion for the Second Amendment is the driving force behind 2AO. Since its founding, Bryan has been 2AO's visionary leader.

Rob Pincus
Executive Vice President

Rob brings over twenty years of experience in the Gun Industry and a lifetime as a shooter. Rob is one of the industry’s most vocal leaders. He is both an advocate and an educator. His work with United States Concealed Carry Association, National Rifle Association, National Shooting Sports Foundation, Second Amendment Foundation, Personal Defense Network, I.C.E. Training Company and countless other Pro-Gun-Rights Organizations has influenced millions of American Gun Owners. He has frequently spoken on behalf of responsible gun owners in national and international media. His views are sometimes controversial and often confrontational as he has combated ignorance and negligence around firearms and firearms rights. He understands the need for an assertive, inclusive and rational gun rights organization.

Ace works non-stop, mentoring youth, advocating for the Second Amendment and smashing sales records in the outdoor industries.

Gary has been with 2AO since March 2014. He has a diverse background as a small business owner, business executive, web producer and in Christian ministry. He has leadership and organizational experience in the fields of accounting, web development, telecommunications, networking, and church development and revitalization.

Chad Haymon
Director at Large

Chad is an advocate for gun rights, a hunter, trainer, pastor, FFL gun store owner and family man. As owner and operator of Prize Gunner, he specializes in educating gun owners and providing concierge services to his firearms customers. Passionate about the Second Amendment, Chad has made an effort to travel and speak on behalf of firearms owners and on defending our Right to bear arms. Chad also serves as a full time Pastor for a multi-state church. Chad and his family enjoy working with others as well as many outdoor activities, including recreational shooting.

Matt Kiolbassa
Director at Large

Like his fellow board members, Matt is passionate about the Second Amendment. Matt is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of NTELogic, a leading provider of essential IT services. Matt is the retired Director of Emergency Services & Law Enforcement at the Presidio of San Francisco, and previously served as the Fire Chief at the Presidio of San Francisco Fire Department. His career in Public Safety spans almost 40 years, having worked for the Orange County (CA) Fire Authority, the Department of Defense and the Department of Interior. Matt is a managing partner and consultant at Alonzo Consulting Group, where he works with law enforcement, fire departments and emergency management agencies on transformational strategies and data analysis.

Matt also serves as the Director of Communications for the Oakdale (CA) Sportsmen's Club. Matt and his family live in the Sierra Nevada foothills and where they enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation activities.
